Maris Harbor handles the heavy lifting so you can focus on your guests. I deliver, meticulously place, and structurally style your selected rentals prior to guest arrival.
Once the celebration concludes, Maris Harbor returns to carefully break down, pack up, and retrieve all inventory. For Audio Keepsake clients, your recorded voice messages enter post-production workflow to be mastered and delivered cleanly to your inbox.

Delivery Details
To ensure the safe transport and staging of our premium materials, Maris Harbor personally manages all transport and installation. Maris Harbor Event Rentals LLC is fully insured, and a Certificate of Insurance (COI) can be provided directly to your venue upon request. Delivery fees are calculated in structured tiers relative to our home base perimeter:
Local Delivery Zone (Within 10 Miles of 21617):
Complimentary delivery, comprehensive on-site staging, and late-night or next-day retrieval are included with your core package investment.
Extended Eastern Shore Delivery:
For travel extending beyond our immediate 10-mile local perimeter, a delivery fee will be applied directly to your custom proposal:

Security Deposit & Damage Policy
Because my inventory consists of genuine high-end antiques, boutique designer pieces, and timber sets, preserving their structural and aesthetic finish is essential for keeping our collections luxury-grade.
- A standard, refundable security deposit is required on all rental contracts to protect against structural damage, loss of unique components, or severe weathering. This is assessed as a flat $150 fee for rental orders under $500, or $300 for rental orders of $500 and above.
- This deposit is fully released within 5 business days following a successful, undamaged post-event inventory audit.
